Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached; climbing shoes must not have been used on rock or gym surfaces.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Pack and Ship
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely pack your gear, ensuring the original shoebox is placed inside a separate shipping mailer or box.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
